FAQ

Question:
My child is too young. Will he/she break the instrument?

Answer:
Your child will be taught to value their instrument. In fact this reinforces the teachings in the classroom that certain things require great care. They will develop a sense of caring and value things, very early on in their lives.

Question:
My child might lack the attention span for the class. Would he/she be able to attend?

Answer:
YMA's group programs are specially written so that your child will learn a comprehensive music education in a fun yet focused environment. The lesson plans are thoroughly mapped out to captivate your child's attention and cultivate in them, skills that are necessary to excel in later years ... and life in general.

Question:
Is my child too young?

Answer:
Normally we would begin at 4 years or above. However, as children develop at different speeds, we assess this in conjunction with their teachers evaluation.

Some instruments are available for rental or purchase. We do work with reliable vendors and can provide further information upon request.

Question:
How do I get started?

Answer:
